Details: DJ, writer, A&R, promoter, Ibiza veteran, radio personality, and all round dance music ambassador Judge Jules prepares to drop the second single Without Love for Maesltrom Records lifted from his excellent debut long player Proven Worldwide and is set to warm things up nicely for what is bound to be an absolute slammer of a year.
Already road tested by dance music’s A-list DJ’s Without Love won’t fail to impress. Featuring the Judge’s trademark uplifting, atmospheric sound and featuring vocals from Jules’ ‘better half’ Amanda O’Riordan, Without Love will further cement this man’s credentials as a top flight producer.
As usual on the remix front Maelstrom Records have got it nailed. Leading up the charge Signalrunners set their vocal presets to ‘arppegiate’ and turn in an absolute blinding interpretation that instantly warrants a pat on the back from any trance loving fan. Keeping things electro and house like Benson ‘n’ Hedges dig out some rather large basslines and come up trumps beefing up the original with a bit of thug love, turning in three slamming edits.
So begins what is set to be a thoroughly belting year for the Judge. Already planning his summer escapades Jules has confirmed Sander Van Doorn as resident for his legendary Judgement Sunday events in Ibiza, is mid-way through compiling a mix album of the same name and has just completed the entrance music for boxer Amir Khan.
