Details: One record stood head and shoulders above the rest in the sun kissed bars and clubs of Miami in 2007. The Winter Music Conference is a renowned indicator of hit records to come and DJs like Bob Sinclar, David Guetta and Erick Morillo shook the clubs to their foundations with this track. Back in the UK, Radio 1 DJs from Jo Whiley to Zane Lowe were proclaiming it as ‘the biggest tune of Miami’ and this after Pete Tong had already played it for 13 weeks in a row. ‘Tainted Love (Warped Bass Mix)’ is a 2007 interpretation of the classic Soft Cell hit from 1981 ‘Tainted Love’ and features vocals from Marc Almond himself. The stylish and energetic percussion grabs your attention before the instantly recognisable hooks pull you into the song.
